AET System, Inc. is committed to helping America's veterans and separating service members by preparing them for meaningful careers, providing employment resources and expertise, and protecting their employment rights. Beyond our ongoing search for top military talent, we focus on retention and career development for veterans in the private sector. To date, forty (40%) percent of our workforce are of veterans with an aim to hire 20-30% more to increase our dedicated staff in the upcoming years.
I feel very privileged to be writing this message as the chief executive officer of AET System, Inc.
We began our journey December 28, 2008, and we continue to build our brand, which has now become synonymous with our commitment to helping our clients share knowledge and create innovation.
As a company, we have seen much change over the past 13 years. For example:
• We have nearly tripled our workforce and have embraced diversity and gender balance.
• We have become a leading provider of Government contractor services.
It is also important to note what has not changed at AET System, Inc., namely our commitments to providing exceptional client service and to living our core values: Integrity, Honesty, Loyalty, and Personal Courage.
Looking ahead, we are focused on accelerating the execution of our growth strategy while continuing to build on the strength of our brand, and bringing positive change to the communities in which we work and live. I am incredibly excited about this journey and truly believe the best of AET System, Inc. is yet to come.
